Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy sessions
- Evaluate patients and create tailored treatment plans
- Manage a diverse caseload of mostly orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to optimize patient care
- Build lasting connections in a close-knit community setting
Qualifications
- Active Colorado PT license or Compact license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Strong outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and assessment
- Treatment planning and progression
- Outpatient rehabilitation techniques
- Orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
- Time management with 45-minute sessions
