Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate complex cardiovascular procedures including CABGs and TCARS
Support neurosurgical cases such as craniotomies and spinal procedures
Assist with orthopedic surgeries using advanced Mako robotics
Facilitate DaVinci robotic cases across general, urology, and CV specialties
Precept and mentor fellow team members as needed
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
Strong background circulating CABGs and craniotomies
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise across multiple surgical specialties
Comfort with both open and robotic-assisted procedures
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing case volumes
Commitment to reliable attendance and punctuality
