Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients improve their communication skills and quality of life
Develop personalized treatment plans for speech and language disorders
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Educate families and caregivers on communication strategies

Qualifications

Current SLP license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
Patient documentation and progress tracking
Therapeutic techniques and interventions
Interdisciplinary collaboration
