Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems to enhance patient care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze workflows and integrate technology solutions
Provide training and support to clinicians on EHR and other clinical applications
Ensure clinical systems meet regulatory standards and improve data accuracy
Drive quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and system enhancements

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Alaska
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in clinical informatics or related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical information systems
Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Ability to translate technical concepts to clinical staff
Project management and change management skills
