Location: Omaha, NE

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and every third holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
Monitor and titrate drips such as Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications
Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team
Manage patient ratios of 1:4-5
Adapt to fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and critical thinking

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Valid driver's license
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Titration of cardiac and seizure medications
Continuous EEG monitoring
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Team collaboration and communication
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
