Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 0600-1830 and 1800-0630, including every third weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in a Level II trauma center
Operate and manage advanced ventilators including PB 840, PB 980, and Hamilton C1
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assess patient condition and make independent clinical judgments in a fast-paced environment
Document all care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical excellence

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT certification from the NBRC
Active North Dakota state license to practice respiratory therapy
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and make critical clinical decisions

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Airvo, PB 840 Vent, PB 980 Vent, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics equipment
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multiple disciplines
Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
