Location: San Andreas, California

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch, Saturday is inpatient only)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient and inpatient physical therapy care
Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
Conduct assessments and document patient progress accurately
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
CPR certification (BLS) required
Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in patient documentation and electronic health records
