Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer external beam and internal radiation therapy treatments including IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and proton therapy
• Operate advanced equipment such as Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT simulators
• Accurately document treatments in EPIC and Aria systems
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and physicists to ensure precise treatment delivery
• Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout the treatment process
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment per regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency in external beam (EBRT), internal (IRT), and advanced techniques like SRT, VMAT, and brachytherapy
• Familiarity with EPIC, Aria, and Trubeam systems

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in treatment planning and delivery for 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT
• Experience with proton therapy and permanent implants
• Ability to perform CT simulations for treatment planning
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
