Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff and patient care activities during your shift
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth patient flow
Serve as a clinical resource and support for nursing team members
Monitor patient acuity and adjust staffing as needed
Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure quality care
Respond to emergencies and critical situations promptly

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
