Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to oncology and PCU patients
Monitor patients on chemotherapy and cardiac drips
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care
Ensure patient safety through hourly rounding and vigilance
Manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring as needed
Document accurately in EPIC EMR

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska
Minimum 1 year of PCU and oncology experience
First-time travelers welcome
ACLS and BLS certifications required
ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required
Driver's license required for radius rule verification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in EPIC EMR
Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000)
Competent with Alaris IV pumps
Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and safety
