Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week (including weekends and holidays as required)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform arterial blood gas draws and analyze results
Set up and manage BiPAP and ventilator therapy for adult and pediatric patients
Administer nebulizer treatments and respiratory medications
Provide conscious sedation and standby for cardioversion procedures
Assist with intubations as needed
Monitor and manage level 2 nursery patients (32 weeks and up) on bubble CPAP

Qualifications

Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Must have NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery skills
Proven ventilator management skills
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management (PB 980, Philips V60, Respironics Lumis)
Competent with bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Skilled in ABG draws, BiPAP setup, and nebulizer treatments
Comfortable with conscious sedation and cardioversion standby
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities
