Location: Tacoma, WA

Start Date: 06-13-2026

End Date: 09-12-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional weekends and holidays, limited on-call/standby

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to protocol
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images for accurate interpretation
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
Maintain equipment and adhere to radiation safety standards

Qualifications

Current BLS certification
Active Washington State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine
Proficiency in IV insertion and radiopharmaceutical administration

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with EPIC and McKesson PACS systems
Familiarity with GE and Phillips imaging equipment
Knowledge of stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Strong understanding of radiation safety and quality control
