Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
Deliver specialized treatment in Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Operate advanced equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 ventilators
Collaborate closely with physicians while making independent clinical decisions
Support patients throughout the entire facility with compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Proven NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong NICU expertise
Proficiency with multiple ventilator platforms
Excellent clinical decision-making skills
Comfort working across diverse patient populations
Collaborative approach with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
