Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care with compassion and clinical excellence
Assess patient conditions, develop nursing plans, and document care accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and transitions
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS or other specialty certifications are a plus
Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
