Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients and their families
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with policies
Monitor patient condition and escalate changes to the care team promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care
Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and discharge planning

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
Minimum clinical experience in acute care or similar settings preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to pass facility background checks and credentialing

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and patient-focused care
Medication administration and IV therapy familiarity
Electronic medical record documentation skills
Prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment
Team collaboration and clear handoff communication
