Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating support across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and general procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams using DaVinci robotics and advanced techniques
Support pre/post-operative care and PACU when needed
Respond to ER trauma cases with confidence and skill
Maintain flexibility as daily schedules shift and adapt
Share knowledge and mentor colleagues in a team-focused environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience across multiple surgical specialties
Comfortable working in a facility without specialized teams
Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher
Valid driver's license for radius verification
Willingness to follow facility policies including no artificial nails

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Experience in neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, and robotics cases
Ability to float to pre/post op, PACU, and ER trauma
Strong teamwork and adaptability
Open-book exam readiness on orientation content
