Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with weeknight call Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 6:30 AM every 2-3 days and weekend call Friday 3:00 PM - 6:30 AM Monday rotating every other weekend or full weekend coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties
Assist with general, GYN, ortho, ENT, and robotic procedures using the DaVinci Xi system
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in an 8-suite OR with endo and cysto rooms
Float between College Station and Bryan campuses to support patient needs
Respond to call within 30 minutes to ensure seamless surgical coverage

Qualifications

Active RN license and current BLS certification
Minimum 2-3 years of operating room experience
Previous travel nursing experience required
Proficiency with robotics Xi and a wide range of surgical cases
Trauma experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of general, GYN, ortho, ENT, and robotic procedures
Familiarity with Surgical Information Systems (SIS) or similar EMR platforms
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, smaller unit environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
