Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to neuro rehab patients recovering from TBI, stroke, and complex surgeries
Partner closely with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized recovery plans
Monitor and manage IV therapy, wound care, and other acute MedSurg needs
Educate and support patients and families through every step of the healing journey
Float to other MedSurg units as needed to keep care flowing smoothly across the hospital

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS certification required
Strong MedSurg experience essential; Rehab experience a plus
Comfortable with high-level communication and family-centered care
Must pass dysrhythmia exam (2 attempts allowed) and SIMs Lab skills check on day one

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR proficiency
Neuro rehab patient population expertise
Sterile field and central line dressing change competency
Foley catheter insertion skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
