Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Independently attend deliveries and circulate during C-sections with confidence and skill
Assist with catching and transitioning newborns while ensuring a safe, supportive environment
Titrate critical drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin to support optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with a friendly, feedback-focused leadership team dedicated to quality care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments
Comfortable functioning independently in labor, delivery, and postpartum settings

Knowledge & Skills

Strong LDRP clinical skills including attending deliveries and circulating C-sections
Ability to titrate Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin drips
Competent with Centricity Perinatal EFM system
Adaptable to unit workflows, policies, and constructive feedback
Team-oriented with excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
