End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), schedule set 6 weeks in advance, with 6-9 weekend shifts per 6-week rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Perform triage assessments and manage labor patients with 1:1 ratio
Circulate and recover C-Sections alongside a dedicated surgical team
Support couplet care for mothers and newborns
Titrate Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate drips as needed
Collaborate with leadership to fill gaps in scheduling

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent LDRP experience within the last 3 years
Comfortable with antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
Triage experience required
Experience circulating and recovering C-Sections
Prior travel experience preferred
Must hold BLS, AWHONN intermediate/advanced (or C-EFM), and NRP certifications

Knowledge & Skills

Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum nursing care
Triage and assessment skills
C-Section circulating and recovery
Fetal monitoring interpretation (AWHONN or C-EFM)
Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate drip titration
Couplet care and newborn resuscitation (NRP)
