Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, 12-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to mothers and babies during labor, delivery, and recovery
Assist with high-risk OB cases including massive transfusion protocols and placenta accreta spectrum disorders
Support C-sections, SVDs, D&Cs, D&Es, and twin deliveries with skill and compassion
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, positive birth experiences
Monitor patients using Alaris and CADD pumps while documenting in CPN and Meditech
Respond quickly and confidently during emergent situations to protect moms and babies

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
Current CST certification
At least 2 years of experience in High Risk OB
Current Advance EFM or AWHONN Intermediate EFM certification
Preferred: experience with massive transfusion protocols and placenta accreta spectrum disorders

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for high-risk obstetric patients
Comfortable with C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and emergent procedures
Familiar with Alaris and CADD epidural pumps
Proficient in CPN and Meditech documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
