Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care following facility standards
Assess patient conditions and collaborate with the care team to implement plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Monitor and report changes in patient status to ensure timely interventions
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Participate in unit-based quality improvement and safety initiatives
Maintain professional documentation and comply with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
Clinical experience in acute care or relevant nursing setting is a plus
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Electronic health record (EHR) familiarity
Infection control and safety best practices
Effective patient and family education techniques
Time management and prioritization in busy clinical settings
