Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and prioritize patients quickly and compassionately in the ED
Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and monitoring
Perform rapid clinical interventions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Document assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately in the chart
Provide patient and family education with clarity and empathy
Participate in unit processes that improve patient flow and clinical outcomes
Maintain readiness for emergency procedures and critical care support

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license — ability to obtain New Hampshire licensure if required
Prior Emergency Department experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred or obtainable
Strong clinical assessment, triage and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in fast-paced settings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Triage and rapid assessment in the ED environment
Acute care interventions and emergency nursing protocols
Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and acute patient needs
Patient- and family-centered communication skills
