Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across ages and conditions
Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced ED/ER environment
Administer medications, treatments and interventions per scope and orders
Collaborate closely with physicians, techs and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient status, interventions and communications accurately and timely
Teach patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up plans with clarity and empathy
Participate in orientation and unit-based training to maintain readiness and best practices

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in New Hampshire or multistate license eligible for practice in NH
Experience in Emergency Department (ED/ER) nursing preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) highly recommended
Strong clinical assessment, triage and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively on a fast-paced team

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing principles and triage workflows
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Ability to manage multiple acute patients and prioritize care
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clear charting
Team collaboration, quick decision-making and crisis management
