Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and meaningful support to residents
Perform accurate assessments and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and document thoroughly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident outcomes
Communicate clearly and empathetically with residents and families
Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold facility standards of care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain RN licensure
Current BLS certification; ACLS or specialty certifications a plus
Comfortable with medication administration, IV care, and clinical assessments
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a care team
Willingness to comply with facility policies, onboarding, and required training

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Infection control standards and safety-focused care
Team collaboration and effective communication with patients and families
