Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to patients
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and discharge plans
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes and escalate concerns promptly
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact license as applicable
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred where relevant
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Clinical experience in acute care settings preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply where applicable
• Current immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and charting
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and respond calmly in urgent situations
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
