Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a fast-paced yet supportive clinic
Apply your outpatient expertise while gaining exposure to acute inpatient cases if desired
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Build meaningful connections in a small-town setting where your skills truly make a difference

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town community

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to adapt care plans for diverse patient needs in a rural setting
Excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Professionalism and commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
