Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and fellow therapists to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
Document care and progress with attention to detail and compassion
Support patients on their journey to recovery in a welcoming critical-access environment

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who love variety

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating fractures, sports injuries, neck pain, and post-amputation rehab
Ability to manage a mixed caseload of 7 treatment hours per day
Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team
Flexibility to rotate holidays with the rest of the staff
