Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate with an experienced team of PTAs and techs to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Build genuine connections with patients while helping them regain strength and mobility

Qualifications

Active Texas state and national PT license
Current BLS certification
IP/OP experience preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable treating a mix of inpatient acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient cases
Able to manage general ortho, neuro, wound, and post-surgical patients
Skilled in building rapport with patients and the care team
Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
