Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with rotating weekday call after 4:30 PM, rotating weekends, and rotating holiday on-call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform cardiac, spect, bone scan, bleed studies, and gastric emptying procedures
Operate GE nuclear medicine equipment with precision and care
Collaborate with the lead tech and in-house radiologist to deliver quality imaging
Maintain accurate documentation using Radnet and Merge Unity systems
Float to Mercy Downtown location when needed to support patient care across the system
Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging studies

Qualifications

Active CA NMTL license required
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear Medicine imaging expertise
Strong attention to detail
Excellent patient care skills
Familiarity with Radnet and Merge Unity systems
Ability to handle 5-10 studies per day efficiently
