Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 1-hour response time required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans on the Siemens Avanto 1.5T system, averaging 18 scans per day
Respond promptly during call rotations to ensure patients receive timely care
Precept and mentor new team members when the unit needs your expertise
Collaborate across Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient needs wherever you're needed most
Maintain equipment standards and follow safety protocols to deliver exceptional imaging results

Qualifications

Current state license as an MRI Technologist in Texas
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
Strong commitment to reliability with minimal call-outs
Ability to respond within one hour during call rotations
Willingness to float between nearby campuses as needed

Knowledge & Skills

MRI imaging techniques and protocols
Siemens Avanto 1.5T scanner operation
Patient positioning and safety procedures
Image quality assessment and troubleshooting
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
