Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation one week at a time (Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) with 1 hour response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment
Deliver exceptional patient care during imaging procedures
Collaborate with healthcare teams across Bryan and College Station campuses
Maintain equipment standards and ensure patient safety protocols
Support fellow technologists through precepting when needed
Adapt to varying patient volumes while maintaining excellence

Qualifications

Current state license required for Texas
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5 preferred
MRI certification and technical expertise
Ability to respond within 1 hour for call coverage
Strong commitment to attendance and reliability

Knowledge & Skills

MRI imaging techniques and protocols
Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment operation
Patient positioning and safety procedures
Quality control and image optimization
Inter-campus collaboration and flexibility
