Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, rotating day shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a sterile field for urology procedures
Assist physicians during cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, and other clinic procedures
Place urinary catheters with care and precision
Provide patient education and support for common urology conditions like BPH and hematuria
Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses, CSTs, and CNAs to deliver top-notch care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in North Dakota or compact state
Current BLS certification
Experience in a clinic or urology setting preferred
Ability to set up and break down sterile fields efficiently
Comfortable with catheter placement and assisting in minor procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile technique and infection control
Urology patient care (BPH, UTI, cystoscopy)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying shift start times
