Shift Type: 12.5-hour LPN shifts (specific start/end times and scheduled days to be provided; orientation required)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to patients as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs with attention to detail
Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary care team and patients' families
Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure continuity of care
Participate in orientation, unit training, and quality improvement activities

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain one promptly
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
Previous hands-on LPN clinical experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
Ability to complete required orientation and facility onboarding

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and documentation
Wound care and basic procedural skills relevant to LPN scope
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Infection control practices and patient safety focus
Professional bedside manner and patient-centered communication
