Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with professionalism and warmth
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following facility policies
Perform routine assessments and document changes in condition promptly
Collaborate with the care team to create and follow individualized care plans
Communicate clearly with residents and families to keep them informed and comforted
Assist with daily living activities while promoting resident dignity and independence
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records and shift reports

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Strong communication and teamwork skills; resident-centered mindset
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health record charting
Infection control and safety procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during a busy shift
Strong interpersonal skills for resident and family interactions
