Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents, supporting their daily needs
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and record vital signs and patient status, acting promptly on changes
Document care thoroughly in the patient record to ensure continuity and compliance
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
Educate residents and families with clear, empathetic communication about care plans

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (eligible to practice in Pennsylvania)
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Ability to pass background screening and meet facility health requirements
Strong communication skills, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical nursing procedures
Resident assessment and vital sign monitoring
Accurate documentation and familiarity with electronic health records
Infection control practices and regulatory compliance
Good bedside manner, time management, and teamwork
