Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Support resident activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to follow care plans
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting
Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass facility background checks and required health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program; LPN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of basic clinical nursing procedures and medication administration
Comfortable with patient documentation and electronic charting systems
Ability to prioritize patient needs and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good bedside manner and the ability to build rapport with residents
Familiarity with infection control and safety best practices
