Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
Document patient care and observations clearly in the medical record
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Support a positive patient experience by delivering respectful, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent training
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong communication and teamwork skills — you’re great with people
Ability to pass required background and health screenings

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Wound care and basic restorative nursing skills
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation basics
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Professional, compassionate patient and family communication
