Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with attention to safety and dignity
Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to orders
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to care
Collaborate with nurses, clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and health promotion
Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required upon hire
Current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
Ability to pass background checks and any mandated screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent LPN program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Proficient in patient assessment and documentation
Knowledgeable in infection control and safety protocols
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with patients and families
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
