Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with facility (schedule to be discussed with hiring team)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support resident dignity
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely charting and contribute to individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Compassionate bedside manner and attention to detail

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN (Practical Nursing) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Wound care basics and ADL assistance
Accurate charting and electronic health record familiarity
Infection control and safety practices
Time management and prioritization in a busy care setting
