Shift Type: Rotating 12.5-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends; exact start/end times to be confirmed with facility)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Document patient care clearly and timely using facility systems
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to support recovery
Collaborate with RNs and providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia preferred/required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfort working 12+ hour shifts and collaborating in a hospital environment
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Previous acute care or hospital experience a plus

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and vital signs monitoring
Patient assessment and escalation of clinical changes
Electronic health record (EHR) familiarity or quick adaptability
Teamwork, time management, and prioritization under shifting demands
