Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care following facility policies and care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document clearly
Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, providers and support staff to coordinate care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and safety
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (Georgia license required or eligible)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration and documentation skills
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Background check and any facility-required clearances

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing fundamentals, medication administration and patient assessment
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions
Basic infection control and safety practices
