Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care following facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Document care, observations, and patient responses in the charting system
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to coordinate plans of care
Support patient education and family communication with clarity and empathy
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Comfort and ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as posted
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and professional conduct
Ability to pass required background and health screenings

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN program
Active LPN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Sound knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Vital signs assessment and patient monitoring
Clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Time management and prioritization during extended shifts
Familiarity with electronic health records and standard charting practices
