Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care in line with facility standards
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document accordingly
Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Support admission, discharge and transfer processes with attention to detail
Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and comply with facility policies
Participate in orientation and training to stay current with procedures and best practices

Qualifications

Active LPN license (eligible for or holding GA license preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
Proof of clinical competence and basic medication administration skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility credentialing requirements
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-centered approach

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and documentation skills
Medication administration and basic IV/clinical skills appropriate to LPN scope
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with patient safety practices and infection control
Comfortable using electronic health record systems (facility-specific training provided)
