Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support with activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and timely documentation
Observe patients closely and report any changes in condition to the care team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Participate in orientation and continuing education to stay current with best practices

Qualifications

Valid LNA certification (must meet New Hampshire requirements)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and completing orientation
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clinical staff
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Compassionate approach to patient care and a reliable work ethic

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and measurements (vital signs, mobility assistance)
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear verbal and written communication for accurate documentation
Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy clinical setting
Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
