Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform timely and thorough patient assessments and document findings
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members for care planning
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies and procedures
Support infection control practices and promote a safe care environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Immunizations and TB testing per facility policy (required)
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN / Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or GED (required for program completion)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in vital signs monitoring and basic nursing assessments
Medication administration and accurate charting practices
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Comfortable using electronic health records and documentation systems
Excellent teamwork, time management, and resident-centered communication
