Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Support residents and families with clear communication and respect
Maintain a clean, safe care environment and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Pennsylvania
Comfortable working standard 8-hour shifts
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Infection control and safety best practices
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork
