Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Document patient care activities clearly and in a timely manner
Support team members during shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and delivering consistent patient care
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required per facility
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility health requirements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing skills and clinical assessment abilities
Medication administration and basic IV/route familiarity as applicable
Accurate charting and documentation practices
Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
