Roles & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on patient care with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments per care plans and facility protocols
Monitor patient status, document changes, and escalate concerns to the care team
Support admissions, discharges, and smooth transitions of care
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver safe care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the facility’s documentation system

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active license required (or eligible to obtain Georgia LPN licensure)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Ability to work 12.5-hour clinical shifts and provide consistent, patient-focused care
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and basic nursing assessments
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with standard infection control and safety procedures
Comfortable using electronic health records and charting systems
Strong critical thinking, observation, and prioritization skills
