Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients as an LPN on your unit
Administer medications, monitor patients, and document care accurately
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support patient plans
Perform routine assessments and escalate changes in condition promptly
Support admissions, discharges, and safe patient transfers with attention to detail
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (or compact privilege if applicable)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with 12.5-hour shift work and flexible scheduling
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous LPN experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Ability to use EHRs and complete accurate charting
Patient safety, infection control, and bedside manner
Team collaboration and time management during busy shifts
